Admission Guidelines

  • Academic Session: The academic session begins in the 1st week of April every year.
  • Admission Notice: The admission notice is usually published in November, after the Puja vacation. It contains all necessary information about the admission process.
  • Class Recommendation Form: Interested candidates must collect and submit a class recommendation form, duly filled in with accurate details.
  • Screening and Intimation: Based on the submitted form, candidates are screened, and selected applicants are informed via phone call and email.
  • Admission Test and Interview: A Common Admission Test is conducted for applicable classes, followed by a cordial interview with the guardians.
  • Publication of Results: The first list of selected students is displayed on the school notice board. A second and third list may follow, depending on availability.
  • Admission Formalities: The official admission process begins by the first week of March. Parents must complete all formalities within the given time frame.
  • Eligibility: Admission is granted based on performance in the test and interview, availability of seats, and fulfillment of age and academic criteria.
  • Entrance Test: Yes, a written entrance test is conducted for applicable classes as part of the selection process.
  • Guardian Interview: Yes, guardians are required to attend an interview as part of the admission process.
  • Non-refundable Fees: Please note that none of the fees paid during admission are refundable under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Policy

  • In case of withdrawal, a written application must be submitted by the parent/guardian.
  • A Transfer Certificate (TC) will only be issued after clearing all dues for the current session.
  • A fee of ₹600 is applicable for issuing the Transfer Certificate.
  • No TC will be issued unless all financial obligations to the school are settled.
